This formula is designed to give nourishment to the physiology after a woman passes through her reproductive stage of life. In addition to the B complex factors and antioxidants important for cardiovascular health, the supplement contains the following:
Hawthorn berry, a well-known European herb that improves blood flow and the pumping action of the heart muscle. Ginkgo biloba, magnesium and potent antioxidants that protect against memory loss.
Magnesium, plus boron, zinc, and vitamin K, for bone support. You won't find extra calcium in the formula because we believe that most women take TOO MUCH calcium to the detriment of their overall health.
Indole-3-carbinol, the powerful natural substance found in the cabbage family of foods, that blocks the conversion of estrogen into compounds harmful to breast tissue. Recommended use: Take one to 12 capsules twice daily with food, preferably breakfast and lunch. If more energy is desired during the evening, one to four capsules can be taken with dinner. Should any digestive discomfort occur as a result of taking the supplement, decrease dosage and gradually increase.
