As the name implies, the Seven Pack has seven compartments that can be used for the seven days of the week or for seven different vitamins or herbs. A label that fits into the lid is included for identification of the contents.An ideal travel size measuring 6.5 x 2.5 x 1.2 inches and easily fits into a pocket or purse. Each compartment holds approximately 25 tablets, 175 total tablets.
